How To Treat Acute Sinus?

I am 32 years old and suffering from acute sinus since year 2004. My nose blocks very frequenty so I have use Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Solution all the time. What is the permanent solution to the problem, I have heard that surgery is also not much of use and prolonged use of nasal solutions is not good for health.

hello, thanks for your query, problem since 2004, u fall under chronic siinusitis. sinusitis may occur with so many factors like abnormal anatomy, allergy, deviated nasal septum. stop putting xylometazoline, it can cause nasal block if u use more than 7 days. kindly u do ct pns which definately shows d probable cause and depth of sinus involvement. all sinusitis patients will not for surgery, can be manage with medical treatment. all d best. take care.
