Hello and welcome to HCM,
Chest pain, abdominal pain and pain in upper limb can be seen in gastrointestinal reflux disease (GERD).
However, back pain is not associated with GERD.
GERD is associated with reflux, regurgitation, pain in upper abdomen etc.
If you are experiencing all these symptoms, it is most probably due to GERD.
Measures to control acidity are required.
Avoid fatty foods, take regular exercise, avoid beverages especially after dinner and before sleeping,
Proton pump inhibitor is a group of drugs used to control acidity.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of the medicine.

Thanks and take care

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The chest pain and abdominal discomfort relieving after taking ENO - confirms the gastric case.
2.In the case pregnancy is not an issue at all, but strict diet control will be helpful.
3.The patient need to take multiple portions of food in 3-4hours gap.
4.In food suggested more of salads, fruits, vegetables and fibrous diet for better bowel moment. Things to avoid - junk, spicy, oily, excess fat content of food and alcohol and any other addictions.
5.And for delayed period get an UPT - urine pregnancy test done - if positive start with iron and folic acid tablets.

Good luck.
