Hello ma'am and welcome.

It is normal to have increased acid reflux and acidity during pregnancy. As most medications can cross the placenta thus reaching the fetus, very few medications are considered safe during pregnancy. For this reason pregnancy is not considered a walk in the park.

I would recommend the use of rantidine and gelusil for your symptoms. But it would still be best to visit your doctor for proper management.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
