Hi,

You need a detailed evaluation. I suggest you meet a gynecologist in person. Very rarely the LSCS scar in the uterus can develop a defect and connect with the bladder, it is called vesico vaginal fistula (VVF). We need to do examine you, do an MRI with contrast to confirm the condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Diviya Arun, OBGYN
