How To Treat A Tight Foreskin During Erection?

Im a 24 yr old male & have a tight foreskin, this is only when erect. when flacid i can retract it but when erect cannot! Im not too keen on a circumcision and was wondering what other options were avalable? Im also wondering if my tight foreskin when erect could be preventing my wife & i conceiving? because if my foreskin isnt pulled back as far as it can i dont "shoot" when i ejaculate. could this be a problem?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have partial Phimosis preventing retraction of foreskin over glans penis on erection .

During sex retraction of the foreskin over glans penis helps to act like a sleeve and to have enjoyable sex .It will not prevent ejaculation and is not related to conception
.
However it is always better to get circumcised if it can not be retracted completely.

There are no medications or nay treatment to resolve this problem.
