The past couple of days I've had what feels like a small knot inside my rectum, in addition whenever I have a bowel movement it's slightly painful, difficult, and there is occasionally what looks like white fuzz on my stool.

I've thought about any dietary changes I've made and cannot come up with any. I typically drink around 40-60 fl oz. of water a day and include at least a little bit of fruit or vegetables in my diet everyday.
