How To Treat A Rash Around Right Nostril In A Child?

My 6 year old daughter has developed a rash around her right nostral and is very stuffy. At frist it looked like white dots and now it is more a scab. It has been there for about 3-4 days and she says it is very uncomfortable. The rash has gotten larger as the week has goen on.

I really appreciate your concern for your daughter and looking to the given history here I could say that this could be hypersensitivity reaction might be due to cold and viral infection usually such a lesion does not need any treatment this would disappears it self, if does not then you can try "Gentian violet 1% " hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
