How To Treat A Purple Bruise Spot On Scrotum?

I have a purple bruise looking spot on my scrotum. It is not sore to touch or when I stand / walk. I have not taken a hit in the groin area recently. I run a lot, 5 times a week, up to 2 hours at a time. I have had it about a week now but it doesn't seem to be fading.

Hi,

If the spot is flat, new and not sore give it another couple of days to fade away. Should it get worse or not vanish, see your GP. If your pharmacy offers a 0.5%-hydrocortisone cream you can try that 2x/day for max. 5 days. Best combined with an anti-fungal component and/or cream.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
