hello sir. i have a big problem since i was young with constipation. since 2 years i always have pain ( well its more like pressure) on the right side of my belly ( there where my rip begin). the pain begins after eating. i also suffer from bloating very much. and i recognise many times white spots in my stool. my doctor send me to make an ultrasonic. they didn t found anything. i am now on a vegan diet, mostly raw food, since meat makes everything worse. i exercise a lot, and i am in my mid twenties. i am getting really worried, because i dont know what to eat anymore. at a height of 1,74 meter i have 48 kilo. i dont smoke, no alcohol. sorry for my bad english... and thank you for every help i get!
