How To Treat A Pinch Muscle Or Tendon In The Thighs Of A Child?

My baby girl has had what looks like a pinch muscle or tendon in her her thighs since she was born, we massaged the less defined of the two and it went away with a couple of months as she grew but the other one is just as pronounced as ever. Could this be a problem, now or later?

Hi...I feel that it might pose a problem later on with a difference in gait and also in stretching the legs. i suggest you see an orthopedic surgeon and it will definitely require evaluation and treatment is needed. But at the simpler terms just physiotherapy might suffice. But seeing an orthopedic surgeon is imperative.
