Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

It is difficult to comment on the cause and treatment without seeing. This may be a normal glandular tissue, or some benign lesions. Infections and malignancies are extremely rare in this age. Kindly get it examined with your doctor. Meanwhile, paracetamol can help to reduce pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
