How To Treat A Painful Lump On The Bridge Of The Nose?

38 yrs old, 5'6", 180lbs, no significant illnesses. I have a lump on the bridge of my nose between my eyes that's been growing for over a year. I THINK it's from an ingrown hair but not sure. It just keeps getting bigger. Doesn't really hurt. It's still flesh colored but now as it's gotten the size of a small marble you can begin to see a slight redness there. Any ideas?

Hi,
From history it seems that there can be sebaceous cyst or small lipoma on the part.
As it started getting red there is more likely having sebaceous cyst and now becomes infected.
consult doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
