How To Treat A Lump On The Neck?

my 5 year old daughter has had a lump on the back of her neck for almost a year now, we were told it was a gland that would go down but it is still there and she says it hurts. she has also recently started suffering headaches and severe mood swings. could they all be related?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She may have enlarged lymphnode. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis or lymphoma. She should take a course of antibiotics. If it doesn't respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
