How To Treat A Low Grade Fever And The Related Stomach Pains?

I'm a 20 year old female. I've been running a low grade fever of about 100 since last Monday night. It is now the following Tuesday. I have also experienced some stomach pains off and on but besides that I've felt fine. Do I need to go see a doctor or should it just work its course?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having viral fever giving this problem.
It will take it own time to recover.
Wait for 2 days more, if fever continued then consult your doctor and get examined.
There might be having possibility of Urinary tract infection.
Take paracetamol as needed.
Take plenty of water.
Take light diet.
Ok and take care.
