How To Treat A Hydrocele On The Right Side Of The Testicle?

I previously was diagnosed with one hydrocele, right side. My Surgeon said as long as it wasn t bothering me, leave it alone. Over the years it s grown. Now it s bothering me. Its the size &shape of a baking potato. Can it be Aspirated and with Medicine Seal the hole that allows fluid to form in my testicle? I m 76 a 2 time Kidney Cancer Survivor. I have a Pacemaker, on night Oxygen and Sleep Apnea Unit. Anxious

* Surgery is the only option for you to get cured of it.
* You have to understand all the risk factors V/S benefits associated with
