Hello !
I read your question and understand your concern.
Headache and ear ringing are common symptoms after head concussion. I would recommend bed rest for 2 weeks.
Suppositories of Indomethacine twice daily would be very helpful for the pain.
If you feel other symptoms like numbness, confusion , you should go straight into the Emergency department for a head CT scan , to exclude a possible subdural hemorrhage.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Abaz Quka
