How To Treat A Deep Wound On The Foot?
I have a skin wound and it wont stop bleeding I have raised my foot for the past 15 minutes and still bleeding. it is a small skin tear at the arc of my left foot. the first time this happened I went to er and they put a small bandage like to clot. then told me to go to my pcp. the next day. all they did was clean the wound and put bandage.

Tear in the arc of food may not be much deep otherwise bleeding may not stop with the application of the bandage. So don't worry and take antibiotics for prevention of infection.
