How To Treat A Clogged Ear?

I have a clogged left ear and it s been this way for about a few weeks or so and I haven t been able to hear to good since it s been all clogged up. I think it has alot of water in it because everytime I wash my hair, alot of water gets into it and I try to clean it out with q-tips and a little bit comes out but still can t hardly hear noting out of it for a while. I wear a hearing aid in my right ear and it don t help much when my left ear is plugged up some. I had just printed out a coupon for some Auro drops that I thinking of getting when I go to the store to try. Do you think this would help or not?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
it can be a case of wax/impacted wax.....you are advised not to use Q-tips....or try to self clean....instead get your checked and if wax is present you can try using wax softners and then let your ent specialist clean it
