How To Treat A Child With Itchy Red Bumps?

My son has red bumps I know its not bed bugs or mosquitos its driving him crazy the itching when was at the pharmacy a fellow saw him itching and said chiggers please help

Probably your son is suffering from Urticaria .
Antihistaminic like Atarax may help
Calamine lotion local application may relieve itching temporarily and is soothing.
