How To Treat T.B.?

my son 24 years and is on forecox-Trac T.B treatment and complains of shortness of breath at night and after short walk. The Doctor says it is side effects and will be o.k after .His heamoglobin level was checked and is normal .is it true it may be side effects? Thank you.

Yes this can be due to tuberculosis. Mostly this is seen when there is fibrosis of lung or Lung parenchyma is severely destroyed due to tuberculosis infection.
If you could provide me his Xray chest, I can give you a better answer.
