How To Treat STD?

I have had intercourse with many women. I usually use condoms, and I receive a lot of oral sex. I am circumsized...Lately I have noticed more purple veins that run through my penis. I have small purple veins running through my foreskin. I had on small bump that opened up but not painful and healed shut after a couple days. It did not crust over. The foreskin looks red and irritated mildly. any clues to what's going on?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

If you have been using condoms but occasionally have indulged in unprotected sex and have multiple partners then it is advisable to get tested for sexually transmitted diseases. Some of the diseases like herpes and syphilis can get transmitted by wet kissing and close body contact. So even if you use condoms, you are not entirely protected from certain diseases. Even a single act of unprotected sex with an infected partner is enough to pass on the infection.
