Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I have gone through your query and here are your answers. 1. You have to get the hypothyroidism treated by using thyroxine supplements and monitoring to maintain the ideal dose. 2. Please do not self-medicate with hormones. This only aggravates the existing hormone imbalance. 3. See a specialist, get a proper evaluation, get investigated and plan further management. You need to regulate the cycles and see that you get proper ovulation. 4. Regular exercise, healthy diet and avoidance of stress help to maintain proper hormone balance and regulate your weight. Hope this helps.
