How To Treat IBS?

I have been dealing with a bad case of IBS for over 7 months, and not gotten any better. I am on a a gluten, soy, and dairy free diet but this has not been helpful. I have constipation, (comes out almost like rabbit turds) , cramping, burning in the stomach area, etc.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, actually IBS is more or less functional condition, closely related with anxiety and depression, if you have constipation so this is also is condition and not disease (Unless proved), have a more fiber diet, drink more water, keep regular habit of toilet, no matter if you do not pass the stool, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
