How To Treat Fibromyalgia?

When I turn by head, usually to the right, I can hear my heart or pulse beat in my left ear. It has gotten to the point that it is irritating. I can also hear a swishing in my hears when I turn my neck a certain way. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I wondered it it has anything to do with these symptoms.

Hello,
This does not sound like something associated with fibromyalgia. It sounds like a blood flow problem. You need to see your doctor and get an exam.
