How To Treat Amoxicillin 825 Mg Mediated Allergic Rashes?

Hi, I was wanting to know, when one is allergic to a antibiotics, how long does it take to leave your system? I had a sinus infection and was giving a high grade of amoxicillin 825 MG.. Anyway day 5 I started getting itchy and breaking into a light rash. I stopped taking it.. But my rash still needs to be attended to and doesn t seem to be getting better. Just curious how long this will take..
