How To Treat 2nd Stage Piles?

hi doc this is anmol... i m 27 yrs old and my height is 5'4'' and weight is 47. i m suffering from piles from more than 3- 4 years.. i checked all symptoms and got to know that this is on 2 nd stage... right now inner piles continuously bleeding from 1.5 months i do take medicine "syl" but there is no recovery.. suggest me some tips for this and if possible plz let me know list of best docs in vadodara so that i can go and consult them...

Dear anmol as you told your suffering from hemorrhoids (internal hemorrhoids). They cause non painful blood loss.

It is difficult to tell what is the cause for bleeding without examination.



Take more fiber diet and plenty of water.
Syrp Duphalac at night will help.

Please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
