My boyfriend has a black spot in the ear above the top inside ear and white knots around it.the ear bothers him and I m scared it s melanoma.he has basal cell on his face and hands that I know is basal cell cause it s white n scaly.my mom had same ones and so have I...what is the chance of it going into the blood stream if it s melanoma? It has been there three to six months.
