Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may have light bleeding after Mifeprin. First you need to understand how both works. Mifeprin will cause detachment of pregnancy sac from its attachment and block the progesterone (a hormone necessary for continuation of pregnancy) supply. Secondly, misoprostol causes uterus contraction and removes detached sac and products.

So, you can have little bleeding after taking only Mifeprine but Misoprostol will help in complete removal of all products. Do one sonography to confirm complete removal after 2 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Santosh Kumar Jena
