How To Take Care Of Grazed Index Finger? No Relief After Cleaning With Peroxide, Neosporin

I grazed my index finger on my cupboard or something?? and from this I have a little cut or more like a skin "gash" it isn't deep or anything. nor is it bleeding. the opening has been "oozing" some fluids and now I sense some heat going up my forearm, along w some redness... assume I have some kind of infection?? what can I do to take care of it? I have cleaned w peroxide, Neosporin, etc. and so far nothing has worked.

there is just a small cut in the index finger skin. this will heal slowly even with out any medications. you use T- bact oint thrice daily in the affected area even neosprin works for that matter. take mild analgesics like paracetomal combined with serratio-peptidase. stick an handi plast after cleaning the wounded area. allow it to heal, as it takes 7 to 14 days for healing to complete. till then donot pic it.
your problem of redness and some heat going up forearm is assumptions. pls dont worry allow it to heal
