How To Tackle The Uneven Skin Tone?

Hello doctor i am akhil babu and i am from kerala.I am having uneven skin tone my body colour is indian white and my face colour is becoming dark in colour how can i stop it and make my face colour in match with my skin colour.I to want to make my face also look brighter and fairer like my body.I want help from you. Are there any easy ways? Thank you.

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

-It is advisable to use a Broad Spectrum sunscreen with both UV A and UV B protection, throughout the day OR whenever stepping out in the sun.

-A skin lightening cream at night containing one or more of the following ingredients like kojic acid, hydroquinone, glycolic acid, arbutin, tetrahydrocurcumin, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate OR liquorice extract etc would help to gradually lighten the pigmentation.

I also advice Glycolic peeling sessions once every 2 weeks in my patients. Taking a series of these sessions brings about significant improvement in pigmentation
