How To Stop Tobacco Usage?

hi.my father is 51 years old he consumes tobacco 4 to 5 times a day.he has been into tis habit for over 30 years. he gets angry quickily and has a little problem in hearing.he doesn't listen to me or my mother telling him to stop using tobacco.please suggest any measures to make him stop consuming tobacco.

for tobacco DE addiction first of all motivation of patient is important.
without motivation it is difficult to quit.
there are many medication which help you to quit
1. Bupropion
2. nicotine replacement gum or lozenges
3. benzodiazepins which helps to relive withdrawal anxiety features.
for better choice consult psychiatrist and give detail history
also counselling helps to quit tobacco.
