General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to Fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. Taking more garlic and antioxidants will be helpful to get rid off this. Avoid genital area to be more sweaty and greasy as this can stimulate its occurrence. Using aloe Vera gel for local application is also good. If you send a picture of the bumps then it will be more helpful in identifying. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
