How To Stop Eye Twitching?
Hello, for a while now my left eye twitches for about a min and stops. I just sit here at it randomly does it. Should I be concerned? What can I do to make it stop? Also, it does it under any circumstance even if im not stressed or tired, I can be talking to someone and poof it starts twitching

It is blepharo spasm a ticks. No treatment is known to stop it. some time it is related to stress. So stress ih to be reduced. Ithink yoga and meditation can help to stop it. No harm in trying them.
