How To Stop Blood Clots From Blocking Urine?

Male 61 I am under Dr.l Care right now and it looks like liasons on my bladder, I dont see urinoligist till 4 more days, how do I get the blood clots not to bolck my urine so I may pee and be comfortable. I am on a antibiodic for a UTI right now also.

61 yrs age with blood in urine with clots... there is high probability of bladder or renal malignancy.
U must get urine routine and culture and Ultrasound KUB. If suspicious malignancy is found get Contrast CT KUB to know extent of involvement and spread.
U may also require Cystourehtroscopy and urine Cytology.
For bladder clots blocking urine, u need urgent catheterization with intravesical irrigation. If this does not work, u may need Cystoscopy with clot evacuation.
Consult Urologist at the earliest.
