How to solve the problem of cubitus valgus?
sir please tell me how can i solve the problem of cubitus valgus because my medical review in indian airforce after twenty days my carrying angle is aprox 19 degree. i have no fracture in elbow and never wounded by any accident sir i want to know is there any exercise or treatment at home by that i can solve this by myself please give solutions

i hv studied your case
there are no exersizes to improve cubitus valgus
there might be some injury or infection in childhood
if you want correct angle you need angular deformity correction with osteotomy
but i dont know wll airforce will accept that surgical correction

The extreme cubitus valgus that is interfering with your job needs to be corrected surgically. The surgery is done according to the degree of deformity that you are having. For lesser deformity, braces may also be used.
