I have a bulging scar on my chin for many months and it wont go away what are some remedies I am a teen and a female and i dont know what remedies can get this off!

The Permanent scar may not go easily. Most of general practioners advice steroid injections for expanding scar but not totally successful. Have a Dermatological advice and treatment.
