Hi I hv an acne on my face its been started since last 2 months ...2-3 acne on my chicks ..and there spots are also there .so plz do let me know what is the best treatment to stop acne and to remive their scars also. I would be really greatfull to you.
Acne problems are quite common in the teenage groups due to hormonal imbalance they usually go through.
You can have a course of antibiotics like azithromycin, apply ointment containing azithromycin and adapalene, Wash your face two, three times a day with a mild face wash. If these measures fail, isotretinoin might be helpful(provided you have a normal LFT and cholesterol levels).
Try to avoid junk food, Sleep for at least 7 hours (10 p.m to 5 a.m preferably) a day, Maintain personal hygiene.
Still if it persists, consult with a dermatologist. Take care
