How To Remove Q-tip Stuck In The Ear?

Hi I recently got a q-tip stuck in my ear and attempted to get it out with tweezers and lubrication from baby oil today. I even tried a vacum cleaner. I am running out of home remedy ideas and I don't have insurance and am broke until pay day. How can I get this out of my ear and get full hearing back?

Hello!!

PLEASE!! dont take it out yourself and meet an ent doctor , it may be deep inside and you may end up damaging your ear drum and loose your hearing!
please follow my advice and meet your ent doctor as soon as possible.
