How To Remove Moles From Base Of Penis?

i have two moles on base of my penis and it started off as one and it was raelly small ans i ripped it off and it came back a little bigger and now there is two next to each other one is flesh color and the othe that i picked at is a little darker where i picked at it what could it be it does not bother me or hurt but like i said the one is a little dark spot in the middle of it where i picked at it but they look like moles they are raised up about a cm

You need to show this to a physician and get the diagnosis confirmed, what you are thinking of as painless moles might by syphilitic gumma. Were I your doctor, I would have ordered a blood test for the same and after confirming the diagnosis started you and your partner on medications.
