How To Remove Itching Rash On Thumb Permanently?
hi, my right and left thumb has some kind of rash developed and skin peels off and becomes hard, strangely this happens only in both the thumbs...it heals when oil / cream is applied and again its back to the rash and sometimes itching is felt in the thumb area. What can be done to permanently cure this?

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms may be suggestive of some fungal infection avoid using any detergent, if I would be treating doctor then I would treat this condition with following medicines,
1) Tab Terbinafine once in day for 10 days
2) Terbinafine cream for local application,
if this fails to cure the symptoms then clinical examination would be necessary, have a nice day.
