Hi,i m 23 yrs old....3 yrs back i met with an bike accident as a result had a injury mark below my eyes. I tried a cream named mederma, i even tried applying gel of aleo vera plant n at last i even tried homeopathic medicines but i m still unsatisfied. Kindly help me out about how can i remove my accidental mark...??
For a young man of your age it is really distressing to get mark especially below eyes.
I can see that you tried a lot of medications in last 3 years and nothing seems to work for the same.
It depends on the depth of pigmentation as well as the architecture of the mark to decide the type of medications for the same.
Even then on general basis I suggest my patients to use a broad spectrum sunscreen to prevent the photo-damage of the area.
A cream containing Kojic acid can be applied at night time to reduce the pigmentation. If at all the mark is of scar type then requires further evaluation and accordingly the best treatment.
