How To Remove Fat From Lower Chest?

Hello , 1st thanks for your time i'm pretty much Fit and active , but having few fats on my lower chest around the Nipples , it's not gynecomastia , how to get rid of them please ?! They are really psychologically annoying me -about me: i'm male 19 years old ... my BMI is 20 ... i am 5 feet 8 inches and 60 kg used to be a professional Football (soccer) player 2 years ago but now i'm just an amatuer , playing football for 3~4 hours Twice or once per week at the weekends , while studing and going to the college 5 days per week Please any help would be much appreciated =)

I am so sorry to hear about this fat accumulation that you have reported. Its location is somewhat very atypical and more so when you say it is not gynecomastia. I will suggest that you gt it fully examined by a doctor to pinpoint what the cause of this is and whether there is a reason to suggest treatment now. Should there be a reason, he would establish a treatment plan with you. It may be through medical means(slow) or surgical means(instant). For this, please see your primary care physician for this.
