How To Remove Excess Black Heads On The Armpit?
My name is hannah.I just saw some black heads on my armpit and whenever I press one of the black head,a black smelly shit comes out.and its not making my armpit look nice.pls what can I do to clear it and what should I stop using in order to avoid black head...

Hello dear,
ohk I can understand your problem, it can be simple black heads or foxfordyce spots (a condition similar to black heads affecting armpit), neverthless you can try creams containing tretinoin 0.025 cream once at night ,
apply the cream for half hour only, initially for 2 weeks, if no irritation/redness /dryness than leave on armpit for 1 hour .
and do apply good quality moisturizer two times a day to avoid dryness due to tretinoin.
avoid tretinoin if pregnant or planning for pregnancy or if lactating
It may take time to get results, may be few weeks .
