There is no any treatment which shows result witih 3 days.

it is possible to remove pimple up to 80 -100% in 3 days ,but u need to consult dermatologist
there are some medicine and injection which are given only by doctor ,it is very effective ,but u cant take ur own as they are risky
otherwise there is no way to get rid of it in such short time
u can do make up in such way to camouflage it.
