hi doctor im 23years old man i was having pimples on face from 2 3 years after pimples cleared now i have pimple marks and pores of pimples and dark spots so my doctor prescribed me melalite 15 but i used for 6months but not much result i got so help me with getting rid of the pimple marks

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain dark or black spots left on face seems to be due to Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation that occurs due to pimples..
You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
Apply depigmentation crams containing Kojic acid, Glycolic acid and Arbutin..
You can also apply Vitamin E gel can be applied at night.
Azelic acid preparations are helpful..
Exfoliate your face twice a week to unclog the pores and remove dead skin..
You can also apply a sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..You can also go for treatment like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
