General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
How to remove Mumps from the testicles.
First of all we have to find why the testes have swollen, this is possible by the following:L
-Clinical evaluation and actual physical examination by a General Surgeon or an Urologist
-Ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum for testes, epididymis, hydrocele and of the abdomen for urinary tract, particularly for prostate , seminar vesicles
-Test of urine, blood

These tests will help us to find out why one tests is large and the other small and give guideline for the proper treatment .
I find this answer helpful
