How To Relieve Strain In Eyes?

I am 36 years old and when I look at things close up, to try and focus feels like a strain and my eyes (vision) just wants to cross. When my vision crosses, it just feels much more comfortable and there is no strain on my eyes, but of course, my vision is then blurry. I wear reading glasses when reading and this feels so much better but might I need glasses full time?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having strain in the eyes.
This is usually caused by underlying refractive error. Since you are having problem with reading and require reading glasses for near vision at early age this confirms presence of refractive error.
Hence this requires evaluation by performing refractionyo ffind out the underlying refractive error and its correction.
Hence I advice you to consult your optometrist or ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
