discomfort in a child during defecation if bleeding persistent, then visit a doctor at the earliest. meanwhile advice is :
-warm water intake (boiled water) -include mashed "fresh orange" and pear in diet - avoid COLD milk -try switching to another formula (if using powder milk) - pediatric colic drops maybe used
hope the bowel movement would be normal. any further questions are welcomed.

HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it may not be actual constipation but it could be due to less water intake and in very rare condition it could be due to some infection and it could be protozoa infection, first I would advise to encourage the child for drinking water if the condition does not improved then better to get done the stool examination and have pediatric opinion, hope this may helps, take care and have a nice day.
