How To Relieve Chest Pain And Stomach Bloating After Stomach Infection?

Hi,

I am 30, male, height 5.5ft and weight 66 kg.

recently i was diagnosied for the stomach infection and treated with antibiotic Oflaxine after that my infection got cured but am still facing some pain in chest and feel bulging of stomach.

last two days i also have a eye reddaning and iching and dont know waht to do please suggest something

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
It is good that intestinal infection has been well treated with Ofloxacin but the remaining symptoms of pain in chest and bulging of stomach can be due to the following reasons I can think of from the history that you have provided.
Chest pain may be due to GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux as known or due to costochondritis.
Bloating is known to occur after an intestinal infection and is usually due to gas production by the overgrowth of the gas-producing bacteria due to intestinal bacterial flora disturbance.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid.
Take activated charcoal tablets, probiotics, yogurt and bananas.
Plenty of oral fluids and homemade fresh food.
Boiled and cooled water.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position and ultrasonography of abdomen.
All these things will help you get an additional diagnosis and proper management.
