Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have had the complete hormone profile including thyroid profile, hyperglycemia, serum Prolactin and found them normal, you should try weight loss with regular exercise and healthy diet. This helps to resolve the problem in many cases. Also, exclude other causes like stress, general/pelvic infections. Please do not use self-medication. Hope this helps.
